How it works

Raise the request within 3 days of delivery.
Send the unboxing video (compulsory) on WhatsApp (+91 62677 19149).
We review the video and, if needed, the product, then confirm whether it’s accepted (24–48 hours).
We ship the replacement only after approval. We may ask for the original to be sent back first.
