We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are provided for eligible cases as per this policy.

Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement is applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

Non-Replaceable Items
Sale items, gift cards, customized or personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care products are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process
Once approved, the replacement will be shipped after the original item is returned (if required) and inspected.
