What does Kritima sell?

Kritima is an Indian online store for handcrafted deity jewellery and shringaar – mukut, haar, chokers, earrings, bangles, maang teeka, nath, kamarband, payal, bansi, poshak and complete sets – for Laddu Gopal, Radha Krishna, Shrinathji, Mata Rani, Ganesh–Laxmi and standing idols.

Is the jewellery real gold or diamond?

No. Our pieces are imitation (artificial) jewellery made for deity adornment, using AD (American diamond) stones, kundan, semi-precious pearls, meena work and gold- or silver-polish finishes.

How do I choose the right size for my Laddu Gopal?

Laddu Gopal idols are sized by number (0 no, 1 no, 2 no and upwards). Each product lists the sizes it suits along with exact measurements in inches and cm. For standing idols, choose by idol height in inches. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us a photo of your idol with its size at +91 62677 19149.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and delivered within 4–10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and busy periods may add a few days.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000 within India.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. For international courier, message us on WhatsApp at +91 62677 19149. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer on arrival.

Can I return an item or get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. We offer a 7-day replacement if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
